Don DunnOccupation: Singer/Songwriter Wocto Project: Don Dunn Children's Songs Don Dunn has taken his songwriting career from rock, R&B, and country to blue grass with Claire Lynch's Grammy-nominated CD cut of Dunn's rock classic "Hitchcock Railway." He's written for Diana Ross, Cher, Kenny Rogers, Jose Feliciano, Joe Cocker, and Hoyt Axton, to name a few. He's also recorded projects for Capitol, Liberty, MCA, and Motown. He's toured from Alaska to Latvia, Copenhagen to Hong Kong. Dunn now lives in Los Angeles, California. |

Lin JakaryOccupation: Author Wocto Projects: The Jakry Kids, and I Lost My Sock. Lin Jakary and her nine siblings grew up in an urban household where storytelling was elevated to a familial art. She attributes her skills to this rich early environment. A former teacher, Jakary was also a contributing editor to the San Diego Reader for 13 years. She now resides in La Jolla, California. Ryan OlsonOccupation: Illustrator, Graphic Designer Wocto Projects: The Jakry Kids, and I Lost My Sock Ryan Olson ascribes his interest in illustration to his early admiration of comic book artists. He designed The Jakry Kids and I Lost My Sock, combining a comic sensibility with a childhood filled with six brothers and sisters. He started drawing as soon as he figured out what a crayon could do. He is a graduate of the Art Institute of California, San Diego and works as a commercial artist and musician. |
